Musical inquere
At the start of the later episodes, instead of the usual alchemist sound, it has an omnious low music, does anyone know what the title for the track is called?

It hasn't been released, but it would be on the second OST whenever it comes out ^^

Actually, it depends on the episode. Certain episodes have different music in the beginning - some have part of the song Scar (track 24 on the first OST), others have had Rakuyou (track 20), if I recall correctly... and i'm fairly certain some have had Amestrys played (track 27).

Episode 44 had Dante's theme, IIRC. (And if I'm even talking about the right thing..) XD

Do you mean the 'broken radio' song? (it was in episode 33 when Izumi was talking to Dante and it sounded dead-y imo XD)

And if I'm thinking the right track, the song has the singer saying 'Hohenheim la-la-la~~' with 'woh-oo-woh-oo-woh-oo-wo~~h' (ep...43 or 44...its being used whenever there's a little meeting with Dante)

Yeah, that's the one. Is broken radio the official name, then?

I don't think there is an official name. o.o;
*Cannot wait for OST2.*

I could probably help you, (as as others here)

Just answer these questions:
Which episode (s)? and
What scene(s)? (Like when? When the title's being displayed? Or the new speech? etc?)

If you know Star Wars, it reminds a lot of when Palpatine is shocking Luke with force thunder, it's like chamber chorus "oh oh."
