Hmm. I'm not sure how excatly I can pronouce Hohenhiem...
I actually say it slowly most of the time when i say it out loud.. like: "Ho-hen-hiem"

How do you pronouce it? The English way and the Japanese way..

I'm curious.

it's german-ish word so it should be pronounced ho-en-(there sth like 'high')-m :D (in kana it's ho-en-ha-i-mu)
and the name is Hoenheim (however, Hohenheim isn't wrong, because the second 'h' is silent)

*nod nod*
All things about the German pronounciation are perfectly right ^-^
It's like
If you pronounce it very extremely clear, you'd also pronounce the second h, but normal people don't do that XD If you speak it in normal German speaking-speed, you put all the syllables together.
Since I only saw Hagaren 'till ep 28 (*kicks evil bt >.<*) I don't know how they pronounce him there ^^"

(And... since I'm German it's pretty easy for me to pronounce XD)

and it IS hohenheim and not hoenheim, the 'h' is pronounced...
"Hoo" (like thundercats did)
"Hand" without the "d" , so "Han"
"high" + m -> "highm"

(another german ^_^)
