Banana! I mean, Otakon pics.
Here are some pics of my friends and I cosplaying FMA, as well as several other groups of good cosplayers. There were so many excellent FMA groups at Otakon this year---I just wish my photography skills were better! I apologize in advance for the grainy quality of some of these photos.

I stalked the Acme 30-minute photo booth after driving home today... here are the results. I'm no Ansel Adams, obviously...

For starters, me as Hawkeye.

My good friend cosplayed as Ed. We're sharing the washed-out love. I kept hitting her in the head with that little dart she has there... her patience never ceases to astound me. In this pic I receive some of my own medicine.

And now for the other folks!

This group was excellent (as well as being a bunch of sweet people!). Although you can't see it here, that Riza has that Roy on a chain. Beautiful. *fangirls*

A gaggle of Eds outside the Funimation booth. The one on the far right there is my Ed! ^_^

*The* best Envy at the con. And male. Rock. I believe there have been better pics of him elsewhere--will someone please hunt them down so I can save them?

EDIT: Found them! Vikki's page has them, a few posts down! Here be much better photo-taking than mine:

Another great group, this time with an amazing Al and Armstrong. During the Funimation photo-shoot, someone tossed the Armstrong a little glowing pink sparkle that he hung around his head!

And now for more of my stuffs... at the bottom where it belongs.

Cringe before my washed-out exhaustion!

I pwnz my Ed. She pwnz me back. One of my favorite sequences... came out grainier than I would've liked.

Us next to Funimation's enormous Al. I love Ed's expression here... I was going for "stoic" myself, but ended up looking drugged instead. Hah!

One final note. So how's about that L'arc concert, eh?
Do YOU like to [eat crab/crack/crap?] I do!
Thank you very much!

Just that concert made my first con and first cosplay ever even better. It also made me lose my voice near completely, but oh well.

Yeah, someone told me it was "crab" afterwards... but I preserve the ambiguity for the humor. ^_^

Hyde thrusting atop the speakers = heh.

I snuck a camera into the concert but (for some reason) didn't take any pictures. They probably wouldn't have come out anyway.

I wasn't planning on taking any pictures, but they made me give up the battery for my camera. :(
I got it back later on, but still...I felt like a criminal! (And they took our water bottles!)

Oh wow? Really? Im glad we were towards the middle of the line. The otakon crew told us that they would search bags and turn you away if you had a video camera, so some people had a chance to stash their stuff.

"They will be searching bags...*whisper* But not people....*makes motions to put cameras into pockers* " ~otakon crewmember.

I got in with my water bottle and camera fine, but all my shots came out blurry and useless :|
