Translation - Zankyou, Kieru Made/GD-Mechano (Hughes + Roy)
Title: Zankyou, Kieru Made (Until the Reverberation Died Away)
Circle/Artist: GD-Mechano/Izumi Yakumo
Rating: PG-13 for violence (Izumi-sensei labelled it NC-17, but I don't see how it can be such?)
Characters: Hughes, Roy
Summary: Roy and Hughes during the Ishvaran war. Continues on with Senkou.

Translation

I'm sure that most people who read doujin know Izumi Yakumo. If you're one of the uninitiated, go here.

Edit: akai_gekkou has kindly provided an upload of the raw scans in the comments.

Oh man, this has absolutely made my day!! Thank you so much for your effort! &hearts&hearts&hearts&hearts

I am so tempted now to run a request by the scanner of the files I have, to see how she feels about a scanlation being done. If I go that route, would you mind if I asked you a few things about the translation?

Also, do you know if Senkou is already scanned or translated? I thought I had it in my collection, but I couldn't find it so I must've been thinking of something else.

Once again, thank you so very much for doing all this work. It is greatly appreciated!!

Senkou has been translated, although I don't have the file myself.

One of my greatest vices is buying every single doujinshi I'm interested in. aafafalgfjlfjla my brain says I haven't read it till I actually have it in my grubby hands.

Feel free to pop me questions.

Thanks for the info!

I will almost certainly take you up on the allowance to ask some questions; I've already scanlated about 12 pages of the doujin, and hope to get in around that number daily until it's done. We'll see how my schedule allows that... There were a couple words I reordered (page 6, specifically)- pending your approval- just because it made the flow of the thought better, but as I said, as translator I want your okay before I go further with it. But I'll send all that your way, with notes on any changes (there won't be many) before I post it anywhere.

Also, relevant to earlier discussion, I found that the scanner (astizya_ii) has several PistolDynamites doujinshi that she has scanned. They're raw as well; she's reuploading them in the next couple of days. I can give you a link to that, if you want, so you can compare against your doujinshi.

And now... off to hunt for Senkou!!

Thanks for the offer! A list of her doujin would be good, just to avoid me scanning something that's already out there.

Thanks for taking the time to do all of this.

It's honestly my pleasure. :)

Okay- first things first- doujinshi list. These are the PistolDynamites titles that astizya_ii has scanned:

Angel Coming I'm Here
Bara Iro no Hibi
Boy Disappearance
He Got the Sun
Junjou Shounen no Yuutsu
Pinkie's Rock Show
Plait Mettez
Subete wa Ai de Dekiteiru
Worker Murderer an Ordinary Man

All of these are raw. She's pretty easygoing, so I imagine that she would allow scanlation of these, as she has with Zankyou, if someone hasn't already done so. I'll ask, to see if any of these *have* been translated/scanlated.

Also- to follow up on the Zankyou translation, I'm going to PM you with a couple of questions I have regarding the translation, and how it relates to the speech bubbles, etc. Hopefully I'll get that done this afternoon; I need to go through the notes I made as I went along, and make sure I'm covering everything. There's not a lot, but there were a couple of points where I wans't sure of the relation. But other than that, the scanlation is really close to being completed. :) I'd like to email it to you for approval when it's completed, before it's posted for general DL- just to make sure I've transcribed everything properly!

Thanks again for all your work, scanning and translating. And if you have any doujinshi you want to scanlate in the future, I'd be happy to help out!

Thanks for the list!

I'll be sure to drag you down with me when I do something new D:. I'll make sure that you'll end up permanently scarred.

You're welcome! And new projects? Bring 'em on! (are we gonna need to form a scanlation group then? Haha! ;D)
