Ed =(

He is coming back, isn't he, slowly but surely. I was kind of hoping he'd be able to keep his limbs, though. Poor pup.

Eesh, Roy, you've got quite a job ahead of you. Good luck with the apathy, really. Have to be one cold fucking bastard to pull that off.

I didn't cry at any point reading this, but I feel like I did. So much lovely hurt.

Wow. I only had a few minutes and was just going to quickly read a little bit but I got totally sucked in and forgot all about having to leave.

Totally worth getting a later bus for. So increadibly chilling and intense and good at the same time. Thankyou.

This chapter made me sick. Poor Ed. I just can't say it enough, poor Ed. He's so young, and now that some of the horror he experienced is coming to light, I don't know how he will ever be able to forget. I'm actually quite afraid that as his human side comes more to the forefront, the rememberence of his animalistic actions - especially the killing of his children - will damage him the most. God, he's fifteen. Augh.

Very good, emotionally-charged writing, btw. Can you tell I was moved? :)

Oh. my. god.

This was just so intense. And I had never, ever expected this extra twist. Magnificent as always!

You realize, don't you...? That after you've done this one, if you really do have Ed recover and become human again, you'll have to write another whole story about the damage to his psyche and how he overcomes that?

And here I thought human!Ed would be horrified to find out that he'd been so...cuddly...with Mustang while he was a dog. You've given him much greater problems to worry about.

Dead, murdered children. A mate that sickened and died while he stood by helplessly starving himself.

Roy was a goner before this all started - he loves dogs. And he loves Ed Elric. The combination eats its way right into his heart, and he's defenceless against it.

I wasn't expecting the extra twist at all. Thinking of what Ed is going through is harrowing. Poor boy.

Very good job of writing Roy as he goes through this with Ed.

OMG, what a new twist! Just whoa. ^^

Man, that is sick! Still, good thing they're dead, cause just imagine the complications if they weren't. Poor things! This just reached a whole new level of hurt.

It was captivating to see Ed retreat to dog mind, but good that he snapped out of it. Hmm, the extra limbs...I'd actually just assumed they'd be completely broken down when they succeed in the end and then 'just' fit Ed with new automail. ^^;
