Dual Sympathies [Game help? xD]
Okay, so I got the Dual Sympathies game for DS today and.. well. I'm having trouble and I was wondering if anyone out there could help? xD

Im trying to beat Wrath, but I have no idea how to. I've tried using ARmstrongs techniques, Al's techniques, Roys techniques and I can't seem to beat him. o_O

Is there some sort of method you're suppose to use to beat him? o_O

If there is, could someone please enlighten me? I'm getting quite frustrated. xD

The easiest way that I defeated him was to run to one side and when he came near, I used Roy's attack. After hitting him, he would jump to one side of the screen and you would need to run the opposite in order to avoid the spikes. Repeat and eventually he's dead.

I've used Ed's attack as well, but I always have to jump over him and catch him off guard to do so. He manages to avoid attacks pretty easily. I can't remember why I decided to try Roy's when I bought the game the release here.

I hope that helps you. It's hard for me to really describe what I do.

Ah! Took me a couple tries, but I got it using Roy's technique; thanks! =)

No problem. I'll admit that when I bought the import and was battling Greed the second time, I died at least three times.

It was then that I discovered that I actually had to 'activate' the array when he landed on it. -_-;;; I was like, 'omg duh'. ^^;;

It took me forever to figure that out! I only realized it when I noticed the 'wall' technique turned into an array when the circle lit up. xD; At first I thought you had to do something when his remains on the table.

Sloth seems to be the most troublesome so far right now. =O

Greed was the only one I had problem with and that was because I didn't pay attention to my bottom screen. -_-;; I was kind of playing the game and glancing up at the tv at the same time.

Sloth, pretty much is easy once you turn her to ice, but you have to strike quickly and run quickly because once she melts, she can attack and you have no way of really blocking it.

Now, the only other character that I had problems with was when I was playing Roy and fighting the Furher. I never did get around to trying that again, only attempted twice and now that I have the US version..I've been working on unlocking stuff on it.

I'm terrible at video games, so almost all of the fights had be trouble. xD;

Yeah, I just noticed that after my comment, that you could transmute her to ice. xD

I think I'm about to fight the furher now.@_@

Who are you playing as? I think it depends on who you fight as and who is the main boss at the end.

I'm playing as Edward; I never realized you could play as other people. xD;

You have to defeat the story mode first before it will open other characters.

Ohh, I never realized that! I havn't bothered to look at the booklet yet; though I probably should.
Ipityipitydaf00l on December 26th, 2006 01:34 am (UTC)
Heh. ^^;; No idea if it's in the booklet. This was just what I found out while playing the import.

Just like I discovered if you hunt around in Dante's forest long enough you can unlock two more mini-games.

I think I had the vague idea at the begining, from playing with the options, but I really had no clue other than the options and such.

I had no idea about that. =O I must try it.

Also; would you happen to know how to get rid of those blasted totem poles in the area under the church afte ryou beat dante? o_O I keep attacking it but the damned thing only just comes back every. single. time. >_O

Are you talking about the faces? You have to hit them until they flash red, once they do you use your alchemy in order to blast it away and another one will not drop down if you do that.

Ahah! Got them. x3

Thank you so much for your help! =O
