Hagaren rain song

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could translate or tell me the romaji for what Paku Romi(Edo), Toru Ohkawa(Roy) and Kugimiya Rie(Al) are singing in a clip of Hagaren Housoukyoku when they are making up their own lyrics for that Japanese rain song children sing.

The original song goes like this: Ame ame fure fure kaasan ga, janome de omukae ureshii na. Pichi pichi chapu chapu ran ran ran. With my crappy Japanese knowledge I could only make out a couple words like Roy taisa and something about munou >.< so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it! <3
