Hotlink Alert: Heads Up Fellow Iconists

I don't post in here all that much but when I see something that concerns iconists and banner makers I feel I should pass it along. I saw a post on anime_icons warning people of a hotlinker out there. It seems someone over at the bleach_icons community noticed the icons of some people they knew. Seems the person is taking credit for the icons. I know it may not concern any of us if it were just Bleach icons and Naruto icons but there's FMA icons taken too.

So what can you do to find out if your icons were taken by this person? First you can go over to the individual's Xanga and look through the icons to see what was taken. You can check the file properties and see what the url is for the icons. Most of the time there'll be the name of iconist in the file name. If you recognize anything then report the hotlink here. Thankfully Xanga takes hotlinking seriously. Also, please go to the original posting on this issue here. If you know of any other FMA related communities where people post their icons please pass this along so as many FMA iconists can be informed of this issue.

[Spoilers?] Yes. It's fairly AU. My take on the end of the series, The movie doesn't exist at all for me. This fic was entirely inspired by sky_dark. I think the only concept I borrowed of her's was Roy being promoted to General, and the rest has been done before. I would say that our fics are not terribly alike, but I prefer to err on the side of credit where it is due. If you haven't read her "Adventures of Roy Mustang: Sex Ed Teacher." please do!
[Chatter] Don't worry about Hawkeye. Roy's just exaggerating. ^_~ This is kind of a long Fic, still going actually, but someone encouraged me to post up here because some people here might enjoy it.
