If you can't read Japanese, then I suggest you against buying it as most of the contents there is in words instead of images.

I can read Japanese so long as it's not massively kanji-intense, as I know hiragana and katakana fluently and am learning kanji oh-so-slowly... but getting the book is also going to take a while. ~_~.;;

If someone would scan it I could translate it for them, but... maaah. Kanji. *Wince.*

We could make it a group project, since I'm in the same boat as you. I still can't find the book here in Japan though. I need to make another trip back to that manga store in Machida.....

Kikiwai has it in their store, though they haven't posted it on their website yet. It should be up within the week or so.

I adore that panda way too much. X3

It starts off with a few colour pages that mark the last chara ranking. Some fan art is in colour, too. Anyway, maybe about half of the book is comprised of fanart. It's sorted the same way as the top ten. First section is Ed with some fanart, top quotes with some info from the scenes and the like, letters to Ed(?), and a few matching games or something? Not being fluent in Japanese, I'm not entirely sure. =P Then comes Roy and the others with the same basic format/idea/stuff. After the top ten is finished, you get a section devoted to other charas with fanart, games, &tc (even a "how to draw ^_^ Ed"!! ...that turned into a cat first XD). Goods Club follows, which is basically random merchandise info. Q&A with the mangaka, and "how to draw sd!Al" and then lots of wonderful 4komas. ^_^ After that is a bunch of comic shorts, some of which have been posted in the comm, like the first time Izumi and Sieg met. =)
